Concilio worked for Berkeley Square Developments and Notting Hill Housing in Tottenham Hale and over a three year period helped to deliver:

  • A 96-bed Premier Inn hotel (the first real development West of the Train Station in Tottenham Hale);
  • A 22-storey residential providing 128 homes, of which 117 will be shared ownership;
  • 561 homes in the Ashley Road South Masterplan area;
  • 5,787sqm of commercial floorspace;

A new building for the National College of Digital Skills.

Over the three years Concilio has been working in the area we have become seen by all involved as a trusted advisor. Our clients understood that our strategy was based around getting consent in a rapidly changing political climate whilst Ward Councillors and local residents saw that comments passed on to us were taken seriously and responded to accordingly.

Numerous consultation events were held for the local community and at each one we made to ensure that it was shown how opinions given had been incorporated into the development. Overall, eight days of exhibitions were held, along with presentations to local Friends groups, the Haringey Design Panel, neighbouring schools, Ward Councillors and the Cabinet member for Regeneration.

At two separate planning committees both applications were approved.
