Cambridge City Council unanimously voted to approve the redevelopment of the existing garages at Borrowdale in the north of the city to provide three Passivhaus council houses.

Concilio worked with Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) on the community consultation for the project. CIP is an equally owned partnership between Cambridge City Council and Hill Investment Partnerships to address the acute housing need by providing high quality new council homes in the city.
