Nick Dines

Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Concilio. A political activist of 20 years, Nick started his career in 2001 in the research department of a national political party. Following this his experience has included positions at the London Assembly and Westminster City Council, as well as the roles of Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge.
Since founding Concilio Nick has managed community engagement for some of the most high-profile development across London and the Eastern Region. Nick was also a Councillor in the London borough of Enfield between 2014 and 2018.

Xenia Selefkou

Xenia manages Concilio’s ever growing office, organises all Concilio events and provides support on all our projects. In addition, Xenia is responsible for compliance, HR and finance across the organisation.
Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers.

Luke Tatton

Luke is an Account Director at Concilio and is responsible for project delivery. Prior to working at Concilio, Luke spent four years working at the Westminster Property Association/City Property Association, during which time he worked closely with a number of real estate companies, developing a significant knowledge of the wider property market.
Adept at coordinating all aspects of stakeholder engagement and communications, Luke has recently developed communications and engagement strategies for major projects across London and the Eastern Region.

Claudia Eslava Alva

Claudia is the Head of Studio at our in-house design agency, where her 10 years of extensive experience as a graphic designer are put to strategic use. From steering project management to solving complex design problems, she is instrumental in creating workspaces that nurture creativity and process efficiency. Her broad expertise encompasses branding and graphic design across all facets, ensuring that our team consistently delivers superior results to our clients.
Her experience includes working in advertising for diverse sectors, a tenure at a printing company, and leading the packaging department for a multinational working with international clients, creating and adapting new brands for digital and print formats.
Passionate about transforming concepts into tangible experiences, Claudia thrives on molding ideas and infusing brands with distinct personalities.

Yiannis Sophocleous

Yiannis leads Public Affairs at Concilio, overseeing day-to-day public affairs engagement with a focus on the City of Westminster. An experienced professional known for evidence-led, in-depth analysis, he previously worked in finance and at the Electoral Commission.
He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge, specialising in political economy and the relationship between direct democracy, local governance, and macroeconomic performance of nations. Yiannis leads several of Concilio’s key accounts, including Shaftesbury Capital, Heart of London Business Alliance, and Qatari Diar, and heads the Concilio’s policy analysis work.

Sam Griffiths

Sam is an experienced communications professional, with nearly a decade of experience at major agencies advising clients on political and stakeholder engagement across the built environment in London.
Over this time Sam has advised many high-profile clients including Barratt London, Imperial College, the Crown Estate and Tottenham Hotspur FC. He enjoys using his knowledge and political insight to help clients minimise risks and build their reputations among stakeholders and communities.

Charlie Lovett

Charlie is a Senior Consultant and experienced team member, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across London and the South East. A BA Politics and MA International Conflict Studies graduate, he joined Concilio in 2022 after working at a public affairs agency on the South Coast. Since then, he has played a key role in managing some of Concilio’s most high-profile schemes and now leads on major project delivery in Central London.
Charlie brings extensive experience in public consultation, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, particularly on complex and sensitive developments. At Concilio, he has managed consultation and engagement programmes for a wide range of schemes, including residential, commercial, hospitality, R&D and student accommodation, and has a keen understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with community engagement – helping clients navigate challenging stakeholder environments with confidence.

Dan Rowson

Daniel brings local knowledge and experience of London and the South East to Concilio. He is a Politics and International Relations bachelor’s degree graduate from the University of Exeter and has spent time in Westminster and on construction policy in the past.
Daniel works with the team to provide an excellent service to clients and engagement with the public on various Concilio projects. His communications expertise and logical method provide Concilio with a capable ‘Senior Consultant’.

Esme Valle

Esme is our Front End web developer. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Malaga and completed her master’s degree in Web Design and Online Tools at Gauss Academy.
She also has training in graphic design and SEO. Esme has worked for 10 years in the design and development of different web projects and mobile applications for all types of work sectors. In our in-house design studio, Esme provides support in the design and implementation of client websites.

Sofía Guzmán

Sofía is a graphic designer at Concilio. She has a university degree in Advertising and Public Relations, with a specialization in Advertising Creativity and Graphic Design.
She has 10 years of experience as a graphic designer, creating graphic resources for a leading international company and working with clients in the luxury real estate sector.
Her interest in the creative aspect makes her excel in creating personal brands and products that convey emotions. She pays special attention to detail and is passionate about illustration.

Carla Di pietro

Carla is our Graphic Designer and Front-End Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting websites. She also works on graphic design projects, creating both digital and print materials. Carla holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Málaga, as well as master’s degrees in Graphic Design and Web Layout Design.
Carla is passionate about working with teams to craft creative solutions and bring fresh ideas to life in the digital space. She has worked for several companies within the tourism sector, including B2B enterprises.

Sehj kaur

Sehj graduated from King’s College London in 2024 with a distinction in an MA in Political Economy, having previously completed a Bachelor of Laws.
At Concilio, Sehj works on engagement projects across London, including Westminster, the City, Lambeth and Southwark. Sehj supports a diverse, high-profile client base including Bupa, Bmor, Qatari Diar, Criterion Capital and regeneration schemes with Westminster City Council. Her work also includes political analysis, with a focus on local election and by-election results in central London, as well as emerging electoral and party-political dynamics nationally.

Dan Bewley

Dan Bewley is a Senior Consultant with experience advising developers and public sector clients, and a strong background in political campaigns, including standing as Labour’s parliamentary candidate for Bath in 2024. At Concilio, he applies his political and engagement expertise to support clients in navigating planning projects and stakeholder consultation.
Dan has worked on major schemes across London, including in Lambeth, Greenwich, and Tower Hamlets, providing political insights and support during stakeholder consultation and public engagement for complex planning and regeneration projects. That experience is complemented by his deep understanding of local politics and community engagement.

Salvatore Pagdades 

Salvatore is a Consultant at Concilio. Prior to joining the team, he graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Politics.
Salvatore supports the team on a variety of central London and mainly Eastern Region based projects, supporting delivery of complex communication strategies. Outside of work, Salvatore is an active member of a national political party, a local councillor, and a volunteer in various organisations, bringing strong political and stakeholder knowledge and insight into his professional work.

Sebastian Grace

Sebastian Grace is a Consultant at Concilio, supporting consultation strategies for high-profile clients including Heart of London Business Alliance and Shaftesbury Capital in the City of Westminster, as well as large-scale regeneration projects across London such as Palace Gardens and Vauxhall Square.
Before joining Concilio, Sebastian worked in executive communications and public affairs in Washington, D.C., including roles at SKDK, the United Nations Population Fund and the U.S. Congress.

Charlie, The Dog

Charlie is Concilio’s four-legged morale booster and unofficial Head of Wellbeing. With a background in office companionship and daily walk coordination, Charlie specialises in keeping spirits high during busy project periods.
Her expertise lies in stress reduction, team bonding, and reminding everyone to take a break away from their screens. When not supervising meetings from a comfortable spot on the floor, Charlie can be found welcoming visitors and maintaining Concilio’s friendly culture.
