On behalf of Derwent London, Concilio have today (Monday 5th October) launched a two-week digital consultation on proposals to provide modern office and retail space at the Network Building (95-100 Tottenham Court Road), and new affordable homes at 14-19 Tottenham Mews in the London Borough of Camden.
The Network Building sits on the corner of Tottenham Court Road, Howland Street and Whitfield Street. The project offers an excellent opportunity to significantly improve the conditions of the site by providing a modern commercial building that is fit for contemporary workplace practices. The proposals will also create high-quality retail space fronting Tottenham Court Road that is in keeping with one of London’s most popular retail destinations.
The site at Tottenham Mews is unoccupied and in a poor condition. As part of the redevelopment, Derwent London are proposing to develop an environmentally sustainable building to provide much needed affordable homes for Camden residents with the opportunity to provide affordable workspace.
The consultation has been launched using Concilio’s bespoke digital engagement tool Your Say, and the wider range of remote first consultation products in the Concilio Connects toolbox.
Featuring information about the scheme, online exhibition boards, the option to attend a live exhibition webinar and interactive surveys, the consultation seeks to understand what the community think about the initial proposals ahead of submitting a planning application.
