Welcome to Concilio: Putting people at the heart of planning

Over the past four years Belgrave has worked on a wide variety of projects.

These have included the Old War Office redevelopment, the Ashley Road Road masterplan in Haringey, the transformation of Whiteleys, a proposed major development of 4,500 homes at Waterbeach and PR for the Travelodge property development team.

During that time we have grown but most importantly so has the environment in which we work.

Given the increased politicisation of housing and development, especially over the last two years, politicians want to know that local communities have been fully consulted. If local stakeholders are not supportive then Councillors need to be assured that all of the legitimate planning concerns raised with developments have been acknowledged and taken into account.

We as a business have evolved to meet this requirement and our comprehensive, bespoke engagement strategies enable us to act as the bridge between developers and communities.

We have also grown from our roots as a business that works predominantly in the City of Westminster. Whilst we still undertake a significant number of projects in the Borough, we are working across London, East Anglia and beyond.

As the team has grown, we came to believe that our identity did not reflect the work that we undertake.

Therefore, I would like to introduce you to our new identity:

Concilio: Putting people at the heart of planning.

Concilio is defined as the act of bringing people together. At Concilio we live this through our belief that only by putting people at the heart of the planning process will our clients secure their desired outcome.

Our new website is at and our contact e-mails/address have changed to reflect the new identity.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us on our journey to date. We look forward to working with you over the upcoming months and years.
