Public engagement begins for final phase of development at Hillington Square Concilio has launched a public consultation programme to assist Freebridge Community Housing with respect to the development plans at Hillington Square, Kings Lynn.

Freebridge Community Housing was founded in 2006 and is the largest provider of affordable housing in West Norfolk. Freebridge owns and manages around 6,800 homes a cross King’s Lynn and employs well over 200 people.

The proposals at Hillington Square seek to refurbish two of the existing residential blocks and redevelop three. In total, 70 flats will be provided, offering a mix of one, two and three bed homes. Below the homes will be space for a range of community facilities. A new public square around All Saints Church will be provided, alongside a series of new routes through the site.

As part of the consultation two in-person consultations will be held, alongside a webinar.
