Concilio launches consultation for the world-famous, 53 Park Lane hotel

Concilio has launched a consultation on behalf of the World famous Dorchester Hotel as it seeks to make a number of improvements to the building, including: 

  • An attractive rooftop guest restaurant 
  • One new penthouse and one refurbished penthouse 
  • New, fully accessible guest corridor 
  • Extension of Regal Life, providing level access for all guests 
  • New external riser to minimise roof clutter 
  • Finishes and materials to match the existing building
