Concilio has launched a public consultation on KMP Group's proposals to rebuild 274-280 Brixton Road to create a high-quality, sustainable and accessibly priced co-living scheme in the heart of Brixton.
As part of our engagement, we developed a dedicated consultation website and an online survey. We also hosted two drop-in public exhibition events to gather feedback and ensure that local residents can benefit from the proposals.
With many young Londoners struggling to find high-quality, affordable housing in London, the co-living proposal provides a housing option that is secure and offers a strong sense of community in Brixton, with on-site amenities, a concierge and potential for collaboration and partnership with the local community.
