Having purchased a site in Cuffley from Land Improvements for a site with planning for 121-new homes, Bellway is preparing to submit a Reserved Matters Application to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.

Concilio has organised a light-touch consultation ahead of submission, including:

• Meetings with the Parish and Ward Councillors

• The launch of a consultation website

• A webinar

This is the second project Concilio has worked on for the Bellway North London and Regions team. Concilio successfully assisted the team on a residential and care home development in Enfield at the beginning of 2022.
