Concilio has launched a consultation for the proposed redevelopment of One Chapel Place, just off ofOxford Street.
The owners of One Chapel Place are looking to transform the building and its immediate environmentwhen the current tenants leave in 2028.
In place of a tired, compromised 35,000 sq ft five storey office building it is proposed to provide a 73,000sq ft eleven storey sustainable building offering modern workspace, new commercial space, animatedpublic realm and a public rooftop terrace.
