New proposals for Orchard Park, South Cambridgeshire
Orchard Park consultation launches
On November 24th the consultation for a new aparthotel in Orchard Park was launched by TLC Group.
Their proposals include:
• An aparthotel with 80 long-stay guest rooms and 137 short-stay hotel beds
• Conferencing facilities
• 1,211 sqm of leisure space on ground floor and mezzanine levels
• Hotel bar and restaurant
• Co-working office space
• A café overlooking the public green space
Concilio organised a remote-first engagement that centred around a consultation website. Exhibition boards were put up at the Orchard Park Community Centre for residents to look at and the project team hosted a webinar for people to ask any questions about the scheme. This was the second phase of consultation for this development project.
