One Chapel place application submitted
Proposal for modern and sustainable office space with re-vitalised public realm
The owners of One Chapel Place have submitted an application to Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of One Chapel Place, just off of Oxford Street.
In place of a tired, compromised 35,000 sq ft five storey office building it is proposed to provide a 73,000sq ft eleven storey sustainable building offering modern workspace, new commercial space, animated public realm and a public rooftop terrace.
