Planning secured for Unit 440 and Trinity College
A new landmark building for the Cambridge Science Park

The Joint Deveopment Control Committee of the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service granted unanimous consent to Trinity College for the proposals at Unit 400 on the Cambridge Science Park.

A currently vacant plot adjacent to the Royal Society of Chemistry and Astex Pharmaceuticals, the proposals will create a new, landmark destination for the Science Park with flexible, high-quality office and lab space to meet a wide range of tenant needs.

Concilio provided all community and stakeholder engagement in support of the project, holding ‘traditional’ in-person events as well as pop-ups to try and engage as many people working at the Science Park as possible.

Our in-house design studio Sustancia produced an engaging consultation website.

We are currently working on a wide range of projects across Cambs, South Cambs and the Country more broadly. Please do get in touch if you feel that we can be of assistance with your engagement requirements.
