Concilio has been working with BlackRock and NEAT Developments to consult on plans to reimagine Uplands Business Park in Waltham Forest. The vision is to create an exemplar development that re-provides modern industrial workspace, within a variety of innovative building typologies, in a new thriving mixed-use neighbourhood on the bank of London’s largest urban wetlands.

Concilio have been appointed to conduct multiple rounds of engagement with the existing traders, the political leadership and wider community stakeholders. This began last month with a series of face-to-face drop in events, a fully bespoke brand and consultation website - futureofuplands.com - and meetings with key community and political stakeholders.

Concilio are providing a full package of support including the management of all communications, a full branding exercise, messaging, stakeholder mapping and engagement and feedback responses.
