Concilio supported Bellway in the run-up to Planning Committee as they sought to alter a previously consented scheme at the former Royal Chace site, the Ridgeway.
The two alterations proposed were:
- Alteration of velux windows to dormer windows on eight of the approved homes.
- A change in the provision of shared ownership from 8 3-bed homes to 4 1-bed apartments and a 2-bed apartments.
Both schemes were approved unanimously by Committee.
