Supporting Whitbread at 5 Strand
Undertaking public consultation for major central London hotel development

Concilio is providing communication support for FTSE 100 listed Whitbread as they look to obtain planning permission for a major hotel development at 5 Strand. 

The site has a 2019 consent for a 200 room hotel and Whitbread are proposing a hub by Premier Inn that will offer 700 accessibly priced rooms. 

Concilio has now undertaken two rounds of consultation, meeting with local residents and undertaking wider engagement. We have also produced a consultation website:

A third round of consultation is scheduled to be undertaken ahead of a planning application being submitted later in the year.
