Waterbeach New Town East has been shortlisted for Best Housing Scheme for 500 homes or more at this year’s Planning Awards.

Concilio was pleased to lead on community and stakeholder engagement for the project. From consulting with residents to liaising with key stakeholders, our role focused on meaningful engagement with the local community.

The New Town is a bold and ambitious vision for sociable and sustainable living in the heart of the Fens, promoted by Waterbeach Development Company, a joint venture between Aquila Investments, Royal London Asset Management and Turnstone Estates.
