Concilio’s in-house design team Sustancia was asked by Taylor Wimpey to create a website in support of the Brightwell Lakes development on the edge of Kesgrave. 

Concilio’s Public Affairs team is supporting the post-planning community engagement and a planning condition was for a website to be created that enabled the community to follow the progress of the development. 

Working closely with the Taylor Wimpey in-house marketing team, Sustancia created a website that explains the development and enables people to find out more about how to purchase a property at the site.
