An application has been submitted by Lewisham Homes to provide 102 homes at the site of the former Ladywell Leisure Centre.
Appointed to the project in 2019, Concilio has undertaken considerable public engagement in support of the application, including:
- Community Newsletters;
- Information packs;
- Updating the consultation website;
- Engagement with a wide range of community groups;
- Meetings with Councillors
- Public consultation events
