Nick Dines

Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Concilio. A political activist of 20 years, Nick started his career in 2001 in the research department of a national political party. Following this his experience has included positions at the London Assembly and Westminster City Council, as well as the roles of Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge.
Since founding Concilio Nick has managed community engagement for some of the most high-profile development across London and the Eastern Region. Nick was also a Councillor in the London borough of Enfield between 2014 and 2018.

Xenia Selefkou

Xenia manages Concilio’s ever growing office, organises all Concilio events and provides support on all our projects. In addition, Xenia is responsible for compliance, HR and finance across the organisation.
Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers.

Catherine Rose

Catherine is a Director at Concilio, specialising in political and community group engagement.
A Labour Councillor in Southwark for eight years and a former Cabinet Member, Catherine understands what is important to Councillors and how best to communicate with them.
Catherine led on engagement with community groups whilst a Cabinet Member, meaning she knows how to engage with a wider range of groups within a multi-ethnic borough.

Claudia Eslava Alva

Claudia is the Head of Studio at our in-house design agency, where her 10 years of extensive experience as a graphic designer are put to strategic use. From steering project management to solving complex design problems, she is instrumental in creating workspaces that nurture creativity and process efficiency. Her broad expertise encompasses branding and graphic design across all facets, ensuring that our team consistently delivers superior results to our clients.
Her experience includes working in advertising for diverse sectors, a tenure at a printing company, and leading the packaging department for a multinational working with international clients, creating and adapting new brands for digital and print formats.
Passionate about transforming concepts into tangible experiences, Claudia thrives on molding ideas and infusing brands with distinct personalities.

Yiannis Sophocleous

Yiannis is an Account Director at Concilio, leading on the day-today work in the City of Westminster. Before joining Concilio, Yiannis spent time working in Finance and at the Electoral Commission, providing him with extensive analytical skills and deeper understanding of the UK political system. Yiannis is a postgraduate from the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge, majoring on Political Economy and on the impact of Direct Democracy and Local Governance on the Macroeconomic Performance of Nations.
Yiannis is leading on consultation strategies for some of our most high-profile clients in the City of Westminster including, Berkeley Homes, Brockton Everlast, British Land, Blackrock, Caprice Holdings, Criterion Capital, Lavazza, NHS, M & G Real Estate, Vistry, Heart of London Business Alliance (HOLBA), the Other House and the Paddington Partnership. Yiannis also leads on our digital and data work with projects spanning on public affairs, integrated campaigns, media and social media engagement for a wide range of clients. Yiannis specialises in St James’s ward and the West End and has delivered strategic advice and successful planning applications in some of the most high-profile projects in the City of Westminster, including: Muslim prayer centre in the Trocadero, 27 Saville Row, 77 Park Lane and 49-50 Berkeley Square.

Katie Brown

Katie is a Account Director at Concilio. She leads on a variety of projects in the Eastern region, including high profile Local Plan land promotion and estate regeneration. She has worked with a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors and has a keen interest planning policy and reform. Her recent projects include 630 homes in Welwyn Garden City, an Integrated Retirement Community in South Cambridgeshire and an estate regeneration scheme in King’s Lynn.
She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, managing the day-to-day deliverables for projects and ensuring smooth communication and positive outcomes.

Siddo Dwyer

Siddo is an Account Director and engagement specialist with nearly a decade’s experience advising house builders and working in and around the Labour Party at all levels, including four years as Chair of Enfield North Labour Party. He brings his political expertise, most recently as political adviser to the Deputy Council Leader for planning and regeneration and leading on briefing the Leader of Lambeth, a campaign organiser, and Senior Parliamentary Adviser to an MP.
In London, Siddo has led major schemes for clients, curating the political and public engagement for projects in boroughs like Enfield, Haringey, Hackney, Islington, Newham, Greenwich, Lambeth, Southwark, Merton and Camden. That record is complemented by his extensive political network and insight.

Luke Tatton

Luke is an Account Director at Concilio and is responsible for project delivery. Prior to working at Concilio, Luke spent four years working at the Westminster Property Association/City Property Association, during which time he worked closely with a number of real estate companies, developing a significant knowledge of the wider property market.
Adept at coordinating all aspects of stakeholder engagement and communications, Luke has recently developed communications and engagement strategies for major projects across London and the Eastern Region.

Charlie Lovett

Charlie is a Senior Account Manager at Concilio. He graduated King’s College London in 2021 with a master’s degree in International Conflict Studies, having previously gained a first-class degree in Politics from the University of Leicester. Before joining Concilio, Charlie worked at a public affairs agency on the South Coast, where he assisted on schemes including a garden village in Kent and an office redevelopment in Richmond.

At Concilio, Charlie is involved in a wide range of projects across the Eastern Region and in London. He has led on projects in Cambridge, Central Bedfordshire, Central London, and Mid Sussex.

Charles Begg

Charles is an Account Manager at Concilio. He supports the team on a wide range of projects across London. Prior to joining Concilio, he spent 18 months working as a Researcher in Parliament, gaining significant experience with engaging with residents, councillors, and local stakeholders on a range of complex issues.
Charles graduated in 2020 with a BA in Politics from the University of Stirling and has continued to study a part-time MA in International Relations at Staffordshire University.

Issy Fraser

Isobel is an Account Manager at Concilio, assisting on projects across London and the Eastern Regions. She graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021 with a bachelors degree in English Literature. Prior to joining Concilio, she gained valuable experience in project support at two leading economic consultancies.

Jack Baker-Merry

Jack is an Account Manager at Concilio. Since graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2017, he has worked in planning and development first interning for a trade association representing the industry, then working for public affairs agencies in the sector until joining Concilio in 2024.
Jack has experience working on a number of major and projects across Central and Outer London and is adept at navigating challenging projects across the residential, industrial and cultural sectors.

Angela Munoz

Angie is a Graphic Designer in our in-house design studio, doing digital and print layouts of the different projects. She also works in brand design, editorial design and web design. She loves illustration and brand development.
Angie worked in a printing house and in the marketing department on an fitness multinational company as a creative and branding designer. She likes to get unique and original ideas by teamwork.

Esme Valle

Esme is our Front End web developer. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Malaga and completed her master’s degree in Web Design and Online Tools at Gauss Academy.
She also has training in graphic design and SEO. Esme has worked for 10 years in the design and development of different web projects and mobile applications for all types of work sectors. In our in-house design studio, Esme provides support in the design and implementation of client websites.

Sofía Guzmán

Sofía is a graphic designer at Concilio. She has a university degree in Advertising and Public Relations, with a specialization in Advertising Creativity and Graphic Design.
She has 10 years of experience as a graphic designer, creating graphic resources for a leading international company and working with clients in the luxury real estate sector.
Her interest in the creative aspect makes her excel in creating personal brands and products that convey emotions. She pays special attention to detail and is passionate about illustration.

Eva Mérida

Eva is a graphic and web designer at Concilio, creating digital and print materials and supporting front-end website development. She also works on digital illustrations and video creation.
Eva worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for different companies. She likes developing projects by teamwork and implementing ideas in a multimedia environment.

Dan Rowson

Daniel brings local knowledge and experience of London and the South East to Concilio. He is a recent Politics and International Relations bachelor’s degree graduate from the University of Exeter and has spent time in Westminster and on construction policy in the past.
Daniel works with the team to provide an excellent service to clients and engagement with the public on various Concilio projects. His communications expertise and logical method provide Concilio with a capable Senior Account Executive.

Sehj kaur

Sehj is an Account Executive at Concilio. She graduated from King’s College London in 2024 with a distinction in a MA in Political Economy, having previously graduated with a Bachelors of Laws from King’s.
Sehj works with the team to build strong long-lasting relationships with clients to guarantee that they receive the best service, by working with them on a range of public engagement initiatives.

Rochelle Blakeman

Rochelle is an Account Executive at Concilio and supports a range of projects across London. Prior to joining the team, Rochelle worked for an Edinburgh based strategic communications agency where she gained invaluable experience in public affairs.
She graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2021 with a MA in International Public and Political Communication. Rochelle is passionate about public and community engagement in politics.

Patrick Ging

Patrick is an Account Executive at Concilio. Prior to joining the team, Patrick gained valuable experience working in legal offices and recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA in Politics and Modern History and an MA in International Political Economy.
Patrick supports the team with delivering complex communication strategies, community engagement and producing Concilio’s Better Places Podcast. Outside of work Patrick is an active member of a national political party and takes keen interest in current affairs.
