Permission received for new restaurant space
Approval was granted under delegation by Westminster City Council for a change of use application for ground floor restaurant use at 7-8 St. Martin’s Place, London WC2N 4JH, the site of Page8 hotel.
The application will see the combination of the three existing ground floor retail units into one single space that will be used as a new restaurant.
