The Concilio team was busy across the City of Westminster, organising three consultations on behalf of clients: 

  • 206 Marylebone Road 

Second round of consultaiton for Berkeley Estate Asset Management on their proposals to provide high-quality office space at the site. 

  • The Cavendish Hotel 

Proposals from owners CapitaLand Ascott Trust and The Ascott Limited to create an authentic, luxury experience at 81 Jermyn Street, located in the heart of St James’s. 

  • Former Belgravia Police Station  

Fourth round of consultation with the local community about the plans from The Other House to transform the Police Station to an exciting new hospitality offer. 

Concilio has undertaken over 150 projects in the City of Westminster and the City of London.
