Mark Smith joins Concilio as Non-Executive Director
Founder of Chime Communications plc joins the Concilio team 

As the Concilio team continues to grow we are delighted to announce that Mark Smith has joined as Non-Executive Director.  

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mark was a founder, COO and CFO of Chime Communications plc from 1994 to 2017. 

Post-Chime, Mark was Non-Executive Chair of The Unlimited Marketing Group, a UK based private equity owned marketing services business before it was sold to Accenture in 2024.  

Mark’s current roles include being Non-Executive Chair of Merit Group PLC (formerly Dods) and also TPX Impact plc, an AIM listed company delivering digital transformation projects for clients.

Mark Smith said:
