

Concilio's first 2026 planning approval has been secured!
JMK Group’s proposals at 27–28 Clements Lane for an office-to-hotel conversion in the City of London have been approved by the Corporation – a project we’ve proudly supported through consultation.
The scheme will secure the long-term viability of the site, replacing dated office space that no longer meets the needs of modern occupiers with a boutique hotel operated by Autograph by Marriott Hotels.
Returning the building to thriving commercial use will help meet growing demand for high-quality visitor accommodation in the City, while supporting the Destination City initiative by creating new publicly accessible areas, improving the pedestrian experience, and unlocking fresh opportunities for workers, residents, and visitors alike.
