Concilio secured a second major City of London Corporation planning approval in January.

The proposal are to rejuvenate Ibex House as a high-quality hotel and expanding and reopening The Peacock pub, whilst retaining, refurbishing and celebrating this Grade II listed Art Deco building.

Planning permission was secured for Dominus' Ibex House in six months under delegation, alongside meaningful engagement with the local community led by Concilio. The proposal includes an on-site Hospitality Academy providing training and employment pathways for local people and those facing barriers to work.
