Enfield Council approves plans for homes at Cockfosters
Plans to build hundreds of rental homes next to Cockfosters Tube station given the go-ahead
Connected Living London (CLL) – the formal partnership between Grainger Plc and Transport for London (TfL) – has been given the green light by Enfield Council to bring forward its new development by Cockfosters London Underground station, subject to conditions.
Concilio was part of the project team that helped to secure planning permission for 351 new homes - 40% affordable - on land adjacent to Cockfosters Tube Station, Enfield.
The proposals transform a car park site into new homes for rent alongside 4,200 sqm of publicly accessible open space.
The development aligns with the commitments from the GLA and Enfield Council to help London become a new zero carbon city, encouraging people to walk, cycle and use public transport.
