Concilio has launched a consultation on behalf of Telereal Trillium on plans to transform the Former Tooting Police Station. Telereal Trillium acquired the former Tooting Police Station and the linked Section House and are looking to protect, restore and enhance the historic site by preserving the key heritage features and making improvements to ensure that the future is secure.

The internals of the building are no longer fit for purpose either as offices or residential use. This investment will bring the building back into use while enhancing and respecting the key assets of the building. Such as the staircases and the terrazzo floors, providing a heritage-led regeneration, promoting a mix of uses that will include high quality residential space and non-residential spaces.

Concilio have created a full brand identity, bespoke website and will host a webinar event and two public consultation events.
