Concilio was appointed by Bloor Homes to manage the consultation with local residents and stakeholders for Land West of Linton, a land promotion site with the potential to deliver between 200 and 450 new homes alongside a new community facility to be determined through discussions with the local community.

The site was submitted as part of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan’s Call for Sites.

Concilio organised a digital-first method of engagement (due to lockdown restrictions at the time) which included a consultation website, webinar and a digital briefing with Linton Parish Council.

Concilio will be holding further in-person consultation events in the future as the Local Plan progresses.
