Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Concilio. A political activist of 20 years, Nick started his career in 2001 in the research department of a national political party. Following this his experience has included positions at the London Assembly and Westminster City Council, as well as the roles of Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge. Since founding Concilio Nick has managed community engagement for some of the most high-profile development across London and the Eastern Region. Nick was also a Councillor in the London borough of Enfield between 2014 and 2018.
Nathan is a Director & Head of Public Affairs at Concilio, leading on our projects and developments across London & the Eastern Region, as well as growing our range of digital engagement and audience segmentation products. An experienced communications professional and political organiser, Nathan was previously an Area Campaign Manager for a major political party in focussing on Central London. He worked in politics and in Parliament for five years, advising MPs, local councillors and political candidates at all levels. He has developed communications and engagement strategies for some of the most high-profile schemes in the UK.
Luke is a Director and Head of London at Concilio, joining after nearly a decade working in and around the Labour Party, most recently serving as a political adviser to Shadow Cabinet member and Member of Parliament Lisa Nandy. Luke has advised political candidates at all levels including Council Leaders and the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan. He was also a leading member of a company specialising in planning communications. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Labour Party across the capital, and extensive experience advising clients on some of the most complex and controversial schemes.
Xenia manages Concilio’s ever growing office, organises all Concilio events and provides support on all our projects. In addition, Xenia is responsible for compliance, HR and finance across the organisation. Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers.
Carmen is a Head of Design at Concilio. She is an all-terrain graphic designer specialized in illustration, editorial design, UX/UI design and frontend web developing. She is always looking for new and different ways to make things work better through design. Carmen has been working with publishing houses, cultural organisations, and freelancing. She spends time creating the right visual solutions for our clients.
Luke is an Account Director at Concilio and is responsible for project delivery. Prior to working at Concilio, Luke spent four years working at the Westminster Property Association/City Property Association, during which time he worked closely with a number of real estate companies, developing a significant knowledge of the wider property market. Adept at coordinating all aspects of stakeholder engagement and communications, Luke has recently developed communications and engagement strategies for major projects across London and the Eastern Region.
Katie is a Senior Account Manager at Concilio. She leads on a variety of projects in the Eastern region, including high profile Local Plan land promotion and estate regeneration. She has worked with a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors and has a keen interest planning policy and reform. Her recent projects include 630 homes in Welwyn Garden City, an Integrated Retirement Community in South Cambridgeshire and an estate regeneration scheme in King’s Lynn. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, managing the day-to-day deliverables for projects and ensuring smooth communication and positive outcomes.
Yiannis is an Account Manager at Concilio and joined us following an 18-month spell at the Electoral Commission were he worked as a Political Finance Advisor. He graduated from the London School of Economic and Political Sciences in 2018 with a Masters in Economic History, where he extensively researched the importance of local governance in urban development. Since graduating he has spent some time working in Asset Management before moving to the Electoral Commission. Yiannis manages a variety of projects across wider London. His recent projects include the redevelopment of Former Tooting Police Station, the transformation of Centre Court in Wimbledon and Estate infilll for Lewisham Homes.
Angie is a Graphic Designer at Concilio, doing digital and print layouts of the diferent projects. She also works in brand design, editorial design and web design. She loves illustration and brand development. Angie worked in a printing house and in the marketing departament on an fitness company as a creative and branding designer. She likes to get creative and original ideas by teamwork.
Claudia is a graphic designer with 10 years experience. She has worked in many creative fields, including photography, video and social media. Previously she has worked in advertising for different sectors, as well as in a printing company. In recent years, she has been in charge of the packaging department of a multinational company, working with clients of different nationalities and creating and adapting new brands for digital and print formats. She enjoys helping to shape ideas, give personality to brands and there is nothing she likes more than seeing a project move from the screen to the real world.
Esme is Concilio Create’s Front End web developer. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Malaga and completed her master’s degree in Web Design and Online Tools at Gauss Academy. She also has training in graphic design and SEO. Esme has worked for 8 years in the design and development of different web projects and mobile applications for all types of work sectors. At Concilio, Esme provides support in the design and implementation of client websites.
