The Planning Committee of Welwyn Hatfield Council has approved the Reserved Matters Application from Bellway for 121 homes at land to the North East of King George V Playing Fields, Cuffley. 

 Concilio undertook public engagement in support of the application, including the production of a website, hosting of a webinar, literature for nearby residents and meetings with the Parish Council.
