On behalf of the Cambridge Investment Partnership, the JV between Cambridge City Council and Hill, Concilio has managed the public consultation for a proposed development in East Road and Norfolk Street:

The proposals for the former garages on East Road will see the site redeveloped to deliver up to 40 new residential units designed to high sustainability standards alongside new public realm; commercial units and new routes to improve connectivity. The proposals for 47-51 Norfolk Street will see the demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide c. 4 new commercial units including a café alongside c. 7 high-quality homes. 

As part of our consultation, we held an in-person drop in event on Tuesday 8th November between 15:00 and 19:00, at St Matthew’s Church, where people had the opportunity to learn more about the proposals directly from the project team and ask any questions they had.
