Berkeley Square Developments launched a public consultation on the future of Berol Yard and Berol House. These proposals aim to unlock Berol Quarter’s potential at the heart of new neighbourhoods in Tottenham Hale and Ashley Road South Masterplan.
As part of the proposals the historic Berol Quarter will be sensitively renovated and see its ground floor being activated with exciting new retail spaces and links to existing green spaces. Around 200 new homes, including affordable ones, will be provided at 2 Berol Yard. Alongside these proposed developments a new square with urban greening and water features will create a meeting space for Tottenham Hale and connect existing and new neighbourhoods.
Concilio has facilitated a comprehensive consultation, reaching local businesses, residents, community stakeholders and political representatives. A bespoke brand identity and website was launched to outline the proposals and provide the opportunity for online feedback by the completion of a survey.
We also held an in-person event on-site where attendees had the opportunity to meet the project team, ask any questions and enjoy a coffee from a local coffee roaster! The consultation was advertised by a flyer drop to the local area and by invitations sent to community and political stakeholders.
