Concilio has undertaken public consultation in support of the proposal for 37 new homes on land between the Metropolitan Line and 121-255 Pinner Road, Harrow. 

The proposed scheme would transform a disused fly-tipped site into homes, including 35% affordable housing. 

The proposals will also enhance the ecological character of the site, including a dedicated wildlife protection zone. 

Concilio hosted two in-person drop in consultation events and produced a consultation website that achieved close to 1,000 visits from the local community.
