Attending the Waterbeach Neighbourhood Forum
Promoting plans for 4,100 new homes and relocated train station

The Concilio team, along with our client the Waterbeach Development Corporation (a JV Between Royal London, Turnstone and St John’s College) were at the Waterbeach Community Forum last night, organised by South Cambridgeshire District Council.

We were there to talk to the community about the plans for Waterbeach New Town East, a 4,100 home development alongside re-located train station to the North of the existing Village.

Also there were representatives from the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service, Anglian Water Services, Stagecoach Bus and Cambridgeshire County Council sustainable travel planning team.
