Concilio has launched a public consultation on JMK Group’s ambitious plans to transform 27-28 Clement’s Lane into a stunning new Autograph by Marriott hotel.

The project involves the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, managed by JMK Group. The goal is to reinvigorate the outdated office space and deliver a boutique hotel that meets the growing demand in the City of London. In addition to the hotel, the proposals include new community spaces and an activated ground floor, supporting the Destination City initiative.

Concilio is facilitating neighbour and stakeholder engagement through a dedicated consultation website, drop-in exhibition events, and interactive street stalls.
