Concilio has undertaken engagement on behalf of Fairview for a proposed residential development at Chobham Farm North, Newham. 

Located at the junction of Liberty Bridge Road and Leyton Road, the plans are for at least 100 new homes, as well as new ground floor commercial space and new public open space at a very sustainable location. 

Concilio has organised a well-attended exhibition at the nearby Chobham Academy and hosted a webinar, with a large number of responses from the local community concerning the public realm proposals.
