Concilio has supported the owner of Industrial Unit 10, Latimer Road, as they consult stakeholders and neighbours on proposals to redevelop the site to provide a five-storey mixed-use building which conforms to the Latimer Road Design Code.
In an area of ongoing change in North Kensington, the west side of Latimer Road is designated for redevelopment. The area is home to multiple active community groups, faces a Conservation Area, and is within the ward of the leader of Kensington Labour Group.
We have therefore hosted a comprehensive engagement programme which began with stakeholder engagement and continued with a wider public consultation exercise with nearly 800 flyers distributed to local addresses.
Concilio has hosted a consultation website, a webinar, and a drop-in exhibition next door to the site.
