Wembley Edge Property Ltd aims to bring forward proposals that will deliver exciting new uses, in line with the area’s vibrant character.

Located close to excellent transport links and local amenities, Wembley Edge will deliver high-quality student housing, including affordable student rooms, vibrant new workspaces and a wide range of on-site facilities – from gym and study spaces to communal cafeteria and relaxation room.

At the ground floor, c.4,000 sqm of new light industrial space will be created – providing opportunities for everything from creative studios and local start-ups to innovation clusters. Above this, new ‘arcade-style’ layouts will create a variety of common spaces for residents to meet, socialise, study and relax.

Concilio has facilitated a comprehensive consultation, reaching local businesses, residents, community groups and political representatives.

We held two in-person events at Brent Civic Centre and a webinar to ensure the consultation was fully accessible.

The consultation was advertised by a flyer drop to the local area and by invitations sent to over 70 local businesses and community groups.

To ensure that we included the younger people in the area an extensive social media campaign across three different platforms was also undertaken.
