Concilio is providing communications support for Newcore Capital Management as they work to bring forward plans for a mixed-use development at 41 Blackheath Grove. 

The plans for the redevelopment of the old Royal Mail sorting office will deliver a mix of 9,  2–3-bedroom homes and a children’s nursery operated by the N. family club. The site is located c.40m from Blackheath train station and close to a wide range of local shops and amenities.   

Concilio have facilitated a comprehensive consultation, reaching local residents, community groups and political representatives. We organised and chaired meetings with local political representatives with engagement still ongoing. We also held an in-person event at St Michael and All Angels Church.
