Concilio has organised the community, political and stakeholder engagement for the proposed refurbishment of 143-145 Strand. 

Built in 1911, the location was purpose built for hotel use but has not been comprehensivley refurbished since the 1960’s. It does not meet current, safety, accessibility and sustainability standards and has been vacant since September 2023. 

The vision of Marston Properties is to retain and restore the significant heritage features, postively contributing to the area through repair, accessibility and sustainability standards.
