On 21st November Concilio undertook a public consultation event for Valouran at the Porchester Centre in support of their proposed development at the former Redan pub site, 1-3 Westbourne Grove. 

This followed the successful launch of a digital consultation a week prior, with the website available at https://1-3westbournegrove.co.uk/ 

The proposals will see the restoration and enhancement of the existing façade, restoring a pub at ground and basement and residential on the upper floors.
