Hat-trick of consents for Concilio projects
Approvals in Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon and South Cambs

It was a busy seven days for Concilio, with three approvals achieved in Hammersmith and Fulham. Hillingdon and South Cambs.

In Hammersmith and Fulham, working for local family-owned developers Rathplace, consent was secured for the replacement of a low-quality office building with family homes. 81 Blythe Road will see a mixture of 2 and 3 bed homes in a fantastic looking development that will compliment the existing street scene well. Saviils  provided planning support and Stockwool were the architects.

In Hillingdon, working for Keltbray and alongside Campbell Architects and Gerald Eve, the planning committee unanimously granted permission for a greenbelt development at the former Merck Sharpe Dohme site in Ickenham. The existing pharmaceutical facility will see the introduction of industrial space alongside office accommodation in a heavily landscaped setting.

In South Cambs, the planning committee unanimously approved the proposals from Gen Two Real Estate for a Life Sciences development of 11,500 sqm employment space across eight units in Fowlmere. The contemporary design was very well received, with many in the local community also welcoming the Deli and co-working space that will be provided. Bidwells were the planning consultants with BCR Infinity Architects creating the great looking buildings.
