The event was well-attended with colleagues right across the built environment industry. Cllr Adilypour spoke about the council's approach to planning and development covering areas such as estate renewals projects, site allocations, mixed-use development and new housing delivery.

Members in the audience asked questions ranging from the council's approach to the ongoing retrofit-first vs retrofit-only debate, the height and massing of new developments, as well as what a third term Sadiq Khan mayoralty and incoming Labour government may mean for planning in Lambeth in the years ahead.
