Westminster City Council’s Planning Committee on 5th September granted permission to Medici Lifecare for a best-in-class, senior living and healthcare facility at Dean Bradley House, Horseferry Road, Westminster.

Concilio provided full consultation support for the application, following on from the work we undertook in 2017 for a previous, residential scheme proposed for the site. For this latest proposal we worked alongside Squire and Partners and Savills for the planning.

The project faced a series of challenges, including intense debates on demolition vs. retrofit, land use, design, as well as amenity impact.

Thanks to collaborative efforts, the project garnered a good level of support, allowing our client to move one step closer to providing a compassionate and comprehensive care facility that will create 203 new jobs and offer an array of amenities.
