New homes approved for Fairview
Planning approved for 106 homes at Chobham Farm

Concilio provided community engagement and stakeholder support for Fairview New Homes as their application for 106 new homes was granted unanimous consent by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). 

Located in the London Borough of Newham but within the administrative boundary of the LLDC, Chobham Farm will deliver 106 new homes across two buildings comprising three blocks of varying height. 

The buildings are designed by AHMM architects.
