Concilio’s client TLC Group successfully received planning for its proposed hotel development at Orchard Park, South Cambs.

The hotel will provide 137 ‘traditional’ hotel rooms and 80 aparthotel rooms, alongside a swimming pool and gym that will be open to the public.

Concilio provided community and digital consultation for the proposals.

Also in Orchard Park, Concilio supported the Cambridge Investment Partnership with a residential scheme which is close to completion and in the nearby Science Park we are supporting Trinity College with a major office development.
