Planning consent for Freebidge Community Housing
65 affordable homes for Hillington Square, Kings Lynn

The Concilio team was delighted that Freebridge Community Housing secured planning for 65 new apartments and commercial space at Hillington Square, Kings Lynn. 

We were appointed by Freebridge following a previous scheme being refused by the Planning Committee in 2021. 

Working closely with the Freebridge team and LanPro planning we undertook a wide ranging consultation, ensuring existing residents, residential neighbours and users of the existing community space were fully aware of the proposals. 

The consent means that the masterplan for the Hillington Square estate can now be completed.
