Planning granted for Fanshawe Road development
84 new homes for the Cambridge Investment Partnership JV between Hill and the City Council

Cambridge City Council has given planning permission to the Cambridge Investment Partnership for 84 new homes on Fanshawe Road, Cambridge. 

The homes will spread across six blocks between two and five storeys, incorporating 45 affordable homes (54 per cent) and 39 market homes across a series of one, two and three-bed apartments and three-bed terrace properties. 

The development will replace three existing three-storey 1950s blocks containing 32 one and two-bed apartments.
