274 homes, 100% affordable, granted permission in Enfield

Enfield Council’s Planning Committee granted planning permission to Vistry for 274 new homes at a former Gasholder site on Leeside Road. 

The site is adjacent to the Lee Valley Regional Park and is on the boundary road between Enfield and Haringey. 

Concilio undertook all public consultation for the scheme, with a website, online consultation events and a fantastically attended event held at Edmonton Green Shopping Centre. 

The development will deliver 274 new affordable homes and 3,017 sqm of flexible commercial floorspace for creators and makers.
