Concilio provided public engagement support for Lewisham Council’s proposals that will deliver 102 affordable homes at the site of the former Ladywell Leisure Centre.  

Three rounds of public engagement were held, including in-person events, meetings with Ward Councillors, door knocking sessions, a presentation at the Ladywell Assembly and extensive engagement with Ward Councillors. 

The plans will provide the homes over 4 new buildings, new play space and public realm as well as the reprovision of parking for residents in the Longbridge Way Estate.
